Privacy notice

What data we collect

Quote form: name, company, phone, email, industry, application of interest and the message you write.

Site analytics: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics receives usage information, such as the pages visited, the device type and the browser. Without your acceptance no analytics script is loaded.

What we use it for

Form data is used only to respond to your quote or technical evaluation request and to follow up commercially on that request.

Analytics data is used to improve the content and performance of the site.

How it is sent and where it is stored

The site does not store form data in a database. It is sent by email to the Purificomás sales team and stays in that mailbox.

The request includes the date on which you accepted this notice and the version of the notice you accepted, as a record of your consent.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or transfer your data. The form email is transmitted through Purificomás's email provider. If you accept analytics, Google LLC processes usage data under its own terms.

How long we keep it

We keep your request for as long as it is needed to handle it and for the business relationship that results from it. We delete your data when you ask us to. This period is Purificomás's own practice, not a period set by law.

Your rights

You may ask at any time for access to your data, its correction, its update or its deletion, and withdraw your consent. Write to ventas@purificomasgt.com stating the name and email you used in the form. We reply from that same address.

Guatemala has no specific law on the protection of personal data held by private parties. Purificomás applies these rights as its own practice.

We only use Google Analytics cookies, and only if you accept them in the cookie notice. You can change your decision at any time from “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of the page.

Changes to this notice

If this notice changes, a new version is published on this page with its effective date.
